What to expect

Start your tour by meeting up by King Gustav III's statue in Gamla Stan (Old town) and hear the interesting story that Giuseppe Verdi later writtenan opera about. Afterward, take a stroll along the shoreline of Old Town heading to the Bohemian Södermalm. You'll get a chance to walk through to Slussen (the lock) that divides Stockholm between the lake and sea, make sure you have your camera ready.

You go from climbing up the picturesque streets where the Millenium trilogy (books by Stieg Larsson) partly took place to the 400m boardwalk along the cliffs. From there a walk to the Seaview at the eastern part of Södermalm with a stop at the famous licorice store. The best part of it all, the tour will end with a surprise!
