Saturday, February 23, 2019 La Chic Venise, in collaboration with the Cà Macana workshop of masks, presents the Carnival party at the Gabrielli Hotel.
At 6.30pm, the program for the evening will be presented to the guests through a digital screening on the hotel's beautiful façade. Guests will then be accompanied by a hostess inside the hotel, where happy hour will be served from 7.00pm: music and entertainment will involve the public for an unforgettable evening of entertainment.
From 8.00pm, guests can dine in the hotel restaurant where, between courses, artists perform and give fabulous narrations on the theme of magic and mystery that revolves around the wells located in the interior of the Gabrielli palace. Jugglers, dancers and fortune tellers will be ready to play with the imagination and engage the audience in an extraordinary experience.
The evening menu includes:
Welcome cocktail served in the noble salon of Palazzo 'Gabrielli' with prosecco, classic spritz, green spritz P31, bellini and fruit juices, all accompanied by the classic Venetian cicchetti (finger food) served in passing.

Shrimp tartare on rice cream and crispy ginger
Risotto with pumpkin and porcini mushrooms
Seared filet of amberjack with lemon broccoli and potatoes
MENU 2
Seared tuna with black sesame and golden onion cream and scampi in kataifi pasta
Risotto with lime, saffron and raw red prawns of mazzara del vallo
Sea bass fillet with potato and green zucchini cream
(wine, water and coffee included)
At 11.00pm a buffet of typical carnevale desserts, tiramisu and fresh fruit will be served. The evening will end at 11.30pm.
Dress code: participation in Carnival costume or elegant dress is required
