What to expect

Complex, mysterious, rebellious, elusive, and fascinating. This, and much more, was the Empress Elisabeth, also known as Sisi. The beautiful Duchess of Bavaria was crowned Empress of Austria and Queen of Hungary after her marriage in 1854 with emperor Franz Joseph I of Austria. The Empress – who was obsessed with the care of her body and resented social inequalities and the rigidity of the court – had many fans. The myth of Sisi was fueled even after her tragic death, which took place in Geneva at the hands of the anarchist Italian Luigi Lucheni. The film trilogy produced in the mid-fifties, with the great actress Romy Schneider in the shoes of the beloved Empress, also contributed to the immortality of her figure.

If you want to discover the most significant places in the history of the Empress Elisabeth, this combination ticket is ideal for you!

Advantages of the Sisi Ticket:

  • The Sisi Ticket entitles you to one visit to all the included attractions.
  • For adults there is about a 25% savings compared to a single ticket.
  • Fast-track admission to the Schönbrunn Palace tour.
