Then, you'll have the option of a horseback ride or an adrenaline-fuelled drive in an off-road buggy. Alternatively, ramp it up a notch and go for both – it's up to you.
Mother Nature carved out a series of pools and slides at Damajagua Waterfalls, which make for one spine-tingling descent. You'll slip and swim your way down seven natural pools set in lush jungle, and have time to float in the final pool to take it all in.
Then, you'll dry off and head to a typical Dominican restaurant for lunch before a cigar factory tour in Saballo. Now for more action and adventure at Rancho Los Cacaos – you can enjoy 30-minute horseback ride through the countryside, or drive your own off-road buggy along a jungle trail.
