You can't spend time here without being tempted by a glass of crisp sherry – and there's no better way to learn about the fortified wine than this guided visit to the González Byass bodega.This historic family-run company produces some of Spain's most famous drinks, including Tio Pepe sherry – with the iconic guitar-holding sombreroed bottle logo – and Soberano brandy. You'll learn about the varieties – fino, amontillado, manzanilla and oloroso – and history of the bodega.After an introductory video, you'll explore the bodegas, riding on a mini-train between the production areas and strolling through lanes shaded by vine pergolas.
