Eine landschaftlich reizvolle Fahrt führt von der Costa del Sol ins Inland zum Caminito del Rey – der „Königspfad“ ist einer der schönsten Wanderwege Spaniens. Die legendäre Route führt durch das schöne Guadalhorce-Tal. Während der Wanderung durch die atemberaubende Gaitanes-Schlucht erfahren Sie Wissenswertes über die imposanten Felsenformationen, die so charakteristisch für diese Landschaft sind.

Von Málagas Seengebiet aus machen Sie sich zu Fuß auf den Weg zur Gaitanes-Schlucht, die der reißende Fluss Guadalhorce in das Gestein gegraben hat. Spazieren Sie auf einer kürzlich renovierten Promenade entlang der steilen Felswand der Schlucht, die an einigen Stellen fast 700 m tief und nur 10 m breit ist.

Dieser Weg wurde vor über einem Jahrhundert angelegt und erhielt den Namen Caminito del Rey - „Königspfad“ - nach König Alfons XIII. Ihr Guide wird Ihnen alles über die Felsformationen und die beeindruckenden technischen Meisterleistungen erklären.

At 33 meters high, it's the largest in the Western world and a peaceful place to pause and take in the views of the Costa del Sol coastline before the final leg of the tour.To wrap up, you'll explore the whitewashed Andalusian town of Mijas. You'll have free time to wander about, poke around the shops or relax at a café with coffee and churros – a deep-fried Andalusian treat.
