Begin with just flour and water, and discover how to knead, roll, and slice chewy udon noodles by hand under the guidance of a local udon expert and an English-speaking guide. No prior experience? Not an issue—it's all about embracing the fun and learning through hands-on practice.

Following this, get ready to prepare and have a go at frying crispy, golden tempura. The friendly instruction and practical experience make it straightforward and enjoyable for everyone. After your culinary adventure, savour everything you’ve crafted—fresh udon, sushi, and tempura—complemented with a mini sake tasting. You'll also be provided with simple English recipes to replicate these dishes back home.
