• This is not an attraction entrance ticket, this is a self-guided tour with no guide accompanying you. The tour operator's app functions as a guide, an audio tour, and a map all in one
• The tour has a 1-year validity from the time of booking. Use it multiple times on multiple trips over 12 months
• After booking, search your email for the phrase "Set up your self-guided tour now" and follow the instructions to finish setting up the tour while you have Wi-Fi/data. It's recommended not to wait until you are on site. After the initial setup, the tour will work perfectly with offline maps
• The audio stories will play on their own based on your location. You can start anytime and pause anywhere
• Most stops along the tour have animated videos allowing you to visualize what you cannot see, such as snapshots from different centuries or interior rooms

This is an annual closure to prevent injuries from treacherous trail conditions. The trail typically remains closed until mid-July
