Depart from Florence and once at the winery, the tour begins with a warm welcome and a path through the rows, where you will be introduced to the secrets of cultivation, the characteristics of the soil and the grape varieties that give life to the wines you will taste later. The journey continues with a welcome toast of local sparkling wine, followed by a visit to the vinegar cellar.
Here you will discover the art of producing Balsamic Vinegar of Modena and the traditional vin santo, two excellences that tell centuries of gastronomic culture.Once in the tasting room, the guided tasting of seven selected wines will begin, including fresh whites, important reds, elegant sparkling wines and a precious vin santo.
Each glass is accompanied by typical local products: the ingredients and dishes vary according to the season, so you can find among others local cold cuts and cheeses, organic extra virgin olive oil, oils flavored with white truffle and chilli and aged balsamic vinegar.
