De proeverij bestaat uit drie glazen wijn: Bianco Pomice Terre Siciliane Bianco IGT, Nero Ossidiana Terre Siciliane Rosso IGT en Malvasia delle Lipari DOC passito. Als aanvulling op deze heerlijke wijnen is een selectie dagelijkse gastronomische hoogstandjes van de plaatselijke bistro inbegrepen.
