Next, you'll stop at YS Falls, where you can cool off with a swim in one of the natural pools here, before following the bamboo arches of Holland Bamboo Avenue towards Appleton Estate. Here, you'll visit the distillery, press your own sugar cane and even taste honey‑toned rum.
