Delivery
All orders for Liverpool (except Reds Bar, etickets) will ve delivered as member / season cards. These cards will be needed for all games during the season, so we need to cards back after the games. We will be delivering the cards to the clients hotels in Liverpool at latest one day before the game, unless otherwise stated during the order process. Full instructions will be added to the package about how to enter the stadium and how to return the cards. Please make sure to provide us all the correct information to guarantee the delivery:

- Booking / guest name at the hotel
- Hotel name and address
- Check in date and booking reference
- Mobile Telephone number of the client during the trip to the UK (emergencies)

As soon as Fedex or our personal couriers cannot deliver the tickets because of wrong information provided by the agencies, Events Travel is not responsible for the on time delivery of the packages.

Agencies from The Netherlands
Orders for Dutch clients will be send within The Netherlands with Fedex, unless the orders are placed at least two weeks before the game. After that we will be able to send them in most cases within The Netherlands, but not 100% confirmed in advance.
There will be a full instruction letter enclosed together with a prepaid return envelope, which will need to be posted back after the game.

Seating together
Up to two weeks before any Liverpool match we can guarantee up to four seats together. This includes three and four seats together. Please note, this only is for the Shortside, Longside Upper, Longside Upper central. The rest of the categories come in pairs guaranteed. For the Reds Bar Hospitality we can offer big groups together. If you want to order three or more seats together within two weeks before the game, please check the availability with our team; via e-mail, telephone or Skype.

Date & Time
The exact date and time of the Premier League fixtures will be announced about 6 weeks prior the match weekend. Due to new rules, kick-off will be not before Friday 20.00 hr and not after Monday 22.00 hr local time. If a weekend's match will be changed and be played between the above time range, we do not take responsibility if client's cannot attend the match. Please keep this in mind while booking a trip / tickets. We will update you as much as possible about date changes, with our daily newsletter.

Cup Fixture Schedules
In case the Premier League teams will be playing Capital One Cup and FA Cup matches, which are scheduled during the PL weekends, the PL games will be postponed. In case a PL game will be postponed, we will change the ordered match to a match within the same match city during that weekend.

Official Reds Bar Hospitality
For the 2017-2018 season we can offer official Reds Bar Hospitality. Please note, these tickets may only be sold to non-uk clients. These tickets come as e-tickets guaranteed, provided in the week before the game. Included with the Reds Bar Hospitality:

- Match ticket in the wing section of the longside lower Kenny Dalglish Stand at Anfield (Block KG or KP)
- Exclusive access to the Reds Bar inside Anfield pre-match, during half time and post-match
- Complimentary Official Match Programme

The Sandon Package
For European Cup games we have the Sandon Package available (in stead of the Reds Bar):

Located a short walk from the Stadium is the newly refurbished Sandon, formally The George Edward Suite. Guests will enjoy great food and a friendly service, whilst savouring the famous pre-match atmosphere. The package includes:

• Reception drink
• A hot dish before the game
• Match programme
• Match ticket in the Upper Anfield Road Stand
• Post-match coffee and sandwiches.
