Delivery
The tickets will come as paper tickets and will be delivered to the clients hotel. Please make sure the correct booking information will be provided when placing an order:

The Lancashire Hospitality will take place in an off site location, about 7 minutes walk from Old Trafford.
Cancellation policy
We do not cancel orders in any case without restrictions. We are not responsible for date/time changes or cancellation requests from clients. In case the match date changes, current orders will be valid for the new date. We might be able to swap orders to another match if needed, extra costs will be discussed before confirmation of the swap. If the clients will not be able to attend on the new date, we might buy the tickets back for the price to be discussed by that time. Agency or client is able to resell the seats themselves upon matchday.
Group bookings / big orders
All orders with a quantity of 10 or more will be seen as a group booking. Please contact our team in advance to book more than 10 seats to check if the stated price is valid. P1 Hospitality holds the right to cancel any order(s) when the online prices are abviously wrong stated.

Whenever a team will play in one of the above dates for the League Cup or FA Cup, the Premier League fixture will be postponed. We will swap your current order to an alternative in the same weekend. Extra costs or refunds may apply.
