Delivery
All orders for Arsenal will delivered as member / season cards. These cards will be needed for all games during the season, so we need to cards back after the games. We will be delivering the Arsenal cards to the clients hotels in London at latest one day before the game, unless otherwise stated during the order process. Full instructions will be added to the package about how to enter the stadium and how to return the cards. Please make sure to provide us all the correct information to guarantee the delivery:
- Booking / guest name at the hotel
- Hotel name and address
- Check in date and booking reference
- Mobile Telephone number of the client during the trip to the UK (emergencies)
As soon as Fedex or our personal couriers cannot deliver the tickets because of wrong information provided by the agencies, Events Travel is not responsible for the on time delivery of the packages.
Agencies from The Netherlands
Orders for Dutch clients will be send within The Netherlands with Fedex, unless the orders are placed at least two weeks before the game. After that we will be able to send them in most cases within The Netherlands, but not 100% confirmed in advance.
There will be a full instruction letter enclosed together with a prepaid return envelope, which will need to be posted back after the game.
Seating
We have stated the number of seats guaranteed together per category. As long as the category is online we guarantee the number of seats together.
Date & Time
The exact date and time of the Premier League fixtures will be announced about 6 weeks prior the match weekend. Due to new rules, weekend kick-off’s will be not before Friday 20.00 hr and not after Monday 22.00 hr local time. If a weekend's match will be changed and be played between the above time range, we do not take responsibility if client's cannot attend the match. Please keep this in mind while booking a trip / tickets. We will update you as much as possible about date changes, with our daily newsletter.
Shortside Lower
Shortside Lower tier could be upgraded to Club Level Hospitality (middle tier). If the order needs to be guaranteed shortside lower, please confirm with our team.
Cancellation policy
We do not cancel orders in any case without restrictions. We are not responsible for date/time changes or cancellation requests from clients. In case the match date changes, current orders will be valid for the new date. We might be able to swap orders to another match if needed, extra costs will be discussed before confirmation of the swap. If the clients will not be able to attend on the new date, we might buy the tickets back for the price to be discussed by that time. Agency or client is able to resell the seats themselves upon matchday.
