Delivery
All orders for Chelsea will come as paper tickets and will be delivered We will be delivering the the tickets to the clients hotels in London at latest one day before the game, unless otherwise stated during the order process. Please make sure to provide us all the correct information to guarantee the delivery:
- Booking / guest name at the hotel
- Hotel name and address
- Check in date and booking reference
- Mobile Telephone number of the client during the trip to the UK (emergencies)
As soon as Fedex or our personal couriers cannot deliver the tickets because of wrong information provided by the agencies, Events Travel is not responsible for the on time delivery of the packages.
Seating together
Up to two weeks before any Chelsea match we can guarantee up to four seats together. This includes three and four seats together. Please note, this only is for the Shortside, Longside Upper, Longside Upper central. The rest of the categories come in pairs guaranteed. If you want to order three or more seats together within two weeks before the game, please check the availability with our team; via e-mail, telephone or Skype.
Date & Time
The exact date and time of the Premier League fixtures will be announced about 6 weeks prior the match weekend. Due to new rules, kick-off will be not before Friday 20.00 hr and not after Monday 22.00 hr local time. If a weekend's match will be changed and be played between the above time range, we do not take responsibility if client's cannot attend the match. Please keep this in mind while booking a trip / tickets. We will update you as much as possible about date changes, with our daily newsletter.

Blues Dining Official Hospitality - PRE-Match
- Match Ticket – West Stand Lower tier around the 18-yard line - All seats guaranteed together
- Starting 2.5 hours before the game, the clients will be having 3-course dining in the ’55-Restaurant’ in the Chelsea FC Millenium Hotel, including half bottle of wine and water per person. Complimentary tea and coffee served throughout the day. The match tickets will be handed out here by the Chelsea FC Hospitality staff.
- Official Chelsea FC Matchday programme and team sheets handed out at ticket collection
- Complimentary beer, wine and soft drinks in the Delta Lounge(Millenium Hotel) for one hour after the final whistle
We will need 1 LEAD name for every booking in order to make the reservation with Chelsea FC. They will need to bring photo-id to collect the tickets.
Delivery
Blues Dining Official Hospitality – Paper tickets to be collected at the Copthorne Millenium Hotel next tot he stadium. Please note the clients lead name while making the booking.
