Accessibility:

• This tour is not suitable for guests with wheelchairs or with impaired mobility
• Due to the presence of narrow stairs and lifts, this tour is not suitable for those with heart problems and/or claustrophobic

Not allowed:

• No shorts or sleeveless tops allowed. A dress code is required to enter places of worship and selected museums. Knees and shoulders must be covered for both men and women. You may risk refused entry if you fail to comply with these dress requirements
• No backpacks and big bags are allowed

Know in advance:

• Every Sunday, due to religious services, the cathedral interior is closed to visitors. For this reason, the tour will include the Duomo Museum and the terraces instead
• The itinerary on the terraces and the Duomo may slightly vary, depending on restrictions decided by the museum board. For example, when access to the cathedral is restricted due to religious events, the visit may be replaced with the Duomo Museum. In all cases, the tour quality will always be preserved
• Tours will start at the exact scheduled time. No delays are tolerated and will not entitle any refund, not even a partial one
