A slower side of Cyprus unfolds in the Troodos Mountains, where traditional villages, Byzantine heritage and local flavours take centre stage. Discover the restored stone houses of Kakopetria, visit the UNESCO-listed Church of Saint Nicholas of the Roof, then spend time in Omodos, surrounded by vineyards. Round off the day with a tasting of regional wines, including the island's famous sweet Commandaria.
