If you can prise yourself away from Bali's world-famous sandy strips, this private tour will open up a whole new world of discovery. You'll discover the elegant Batukaru Temple, Bedugul's Lake Bratan and it's floating temple, Jatiluwih's rice fields and round off at a typical Balinese organic farm.
This jam-packed day starts at one of Bali's most important temples – Batukaru. Perched on the slopes of Mount Batukaru, you'll have time to wander amongst its courtyards and Hindu shrines. We'll then cross over to Jatiluwih, where you'll see the UNESCO World Heritage rice paddies that dominate the village.
Next up is a scenic drive to Bedugul, on your way to Lake Bratan. The sacred, emerald waters here are a very popular attraction for both tourists and locals. Admire the floating temple of Ulan Danu Bratan temple, before we head to our last stop of the day, a traditional organic farm. Here, you'll catch a glimpse of what Balinese life is like away from the hotels, as well as learn about conservation and sustainable efforts from the farmers.
