The whitewashed mountain villages of Andalusia are among the most charming places to visit near the Costa de la Luz. On this trip, you'll be able to explore the village of Grazalema and the clifftop city of Ronda to take in the dramatic scenery of the sierra.
The day begins in the valley village of Grazalema – all steeped alleys flanked by white homes. Surrounded by mountains on all sides, it's the ideal spot to admire its rugged setting. Afterwards we'll move on to Ronda.
An ancient city perched high up on a steep gorge, it's crammed with sights, attractions and local Spanish culture. You'll be able to soak up its traditional ‘pueblo blanco' charm with some free time to wander around its narrow medieval streets and the famous multi-layered bridge across the deep gorge. You'll also have time to visit the Mondragon Palace, the Church of Santa Maria la Mayor or the Palace of St John Bosco, which affords incredible views over the bridge.
