What to expect

Uncover one of Vietnam's best-kept secrets, a gorgeous island that has not yet been discovered by mass tourism. Experience the stunning secluded beaches, turquoise water and dazzling landscape of Ly Son Island on this 2-day trip from Da Nang.

Reach the Quang Ngai Province from Da Nang. After lunch, get to Ly Son by speedboat from Sa Ky fishing port. Check into your hotel, then visit Duc Pagoda with a 27-meter Bodhisattva statue perched on a cliff and watch the sunset at To Vo Gate. Admire the spectacle of the sunset from this natural arch of volcanic rocks, then enjoy a seafood dinner.

Your second day includes a visit to the Memorial House of Parcel Team and an amazing view from Thoi Loi Mountain. This is the perfect place to admire the spectacular colors of the island: the blue ocean, the green garlic fields, the white sand and the red basalt soil. Stop at Hang Pagoda and have lunch before getting back to the mainland.
