While whiskey is only part of the Pearse Lyons Distillery's story, it'll be a huge part of your experience. During your one hour guided tour, you'll stroll through the former St. James Church and learn all about how it came to be the Pearse Lyons Distillery with your local storytellers. They'll regale you with intriguing tales dating back to the 12th century before you enter the distillery to smell, touch and taste each step of the whiskey distilling process. You can chat to the distillers themselves and see first-hand how to produce some of the finest Irish Whiskey before enjoying a tasting experience which includes three Irish whiskeys and their very own handcrafted gin. These distillery tours are small in size and are sure to offer you a very personal experience.
