Located in Dublin’s historic Liberties, Pearse Lyons Distillery is Dublin’s only boutique distillery. Nestled in the former Church of St.James, this distillery has a colourful history dating back to the 12th century and during this tour, you'll learn all about it. You'll be introduced to the compelling characters from Dublin's famous distilling and brewing district that is bursting with culture and tradition.
The Pearse Lyons Distillery produces some of Ireland’s finest small batch whiskies and celebrates the Irish tradition of storytelling on each guided tour. You'll even enjoy a sensory experience as you're brought through the distilling process, before enjoying whiskey samples at the tasting bar. You'll enjoy four tastings, including Pearse Original, Distiller's Choice, Founder's Choice, a 12 year-old single malt and a limited edition Pearse Five-Year-Old Single Malt. This tour also included a special tasting of the distillery's exclusive, Marriage of Malt.
