Shkodra City

Shkodra is a meeting point of civilizations that's a must when in Albania. This city tour takes in its top sights. Kick off at Rozafa Castle overlooking the city before visiting a typical local bakery. First up is Rozafa Castle – the scene of a fierce 15th-century battle between a European army and the Ottoman Empire that resulted in a victory for Mehmed II, conqueror of Constantinople.
