Join this two-hour excursion to visit Hungary's Basilica of Esztergom. It's a 15-minute journey from port via the city train, and once you've arrived you'll have an hour and a half to go inside and explore. Built in the 1800s, the basilica's the largest church in the whole country. Highlights include a red and white marble chapel, a huge hat-like dome, and an eerie crypt full of vaults. On your visit, head to the treasury, an Aladdin's cave of church objects in gold and silver, before returning back to the ship. Just so you know, Esztergom Basilica is currently undergoing renovations, with scaffolding in place on some parts of the building. However, most key areas including the dome, crypt, and treasury remain open to visitors
