Shuttle Bus to Da Nang from Hoi An City

Know in advance:

• The operator will contact you by email/Whatsapp within 24 hours after your booking is made to confirm your travel details. Please, indicate your phone number at the checkout
• Each passenger is allowed to have one 24 inch (22 inch x 11 inch x 9 inch) sized luggage with a maximum weight of 20kg and 1 small personal bag that is free of charge
• Extra luggage can be denied or charged at an extra cost if there is no space in the vehicle to accommodate it
• Please arrive at your chosen pick-up point at least 10 minutes before your actual pick-up time
• This activity provides group pick-up, therefore please expect a 10–15 mins delay picking up other passengers
• Kindly indicate pick up and drop off points during checkout. Please immediately inform the operator of any flight changes or delays to reschedule your transfer service accordingly
• For transfers from Da Nang Airport to Hoi An, the driver will leave punctually at the scheduled departure times. Please, choose a departure time at least 45 minutes to 1 hour after your flight arrival time
• Customers who choose to be picked up or dropped off at Hoi An Old Town will be transferred by a Sedan or MUV/SPV car from the bus stop if the transfer falls into 11:00 am - 1:00 pm and 4:00 pm - 10:00 pm
• Seats are randomly assigned and subject to availability at the time of booking
• This activity is a shared transfer therefore the trip duration is approximate and might fluctuate due to external factors such as traffic, weather conditions, etc
• The shuttle can have up to 16 seaters
