Accessibility:

• This activity is not suitable for pregnant women or individuals with pre-existing health concerns (e.g., high blood pressure, recent bone surgery, or back/neck issues)

Not allowed:

• Infants under 2 years old
• Notable rules at Maya Bay include: no swimming, no single-use plastics, and no use of drones without permission. Only reef-safe sunscreen is permitted
• Don't feed the monkeys, as it makes them aggressive and stops them from foraging for food as they would normally do

Know in advance:

• Please inform the local provider of any food allergies/intolerances you may have. Find the contact details on the voucher you will receive after booking
• It is strongly recommended to wear a life jacket throughout the entire boat ride to the islands and while snorkelling
• Speedboats navigate close to the shoreline, allowing passengers a convenient and effortless transition to the beach. While flip-flops are convenient, water shoes offer better protection against sharp objects like shells or rocks on the sand and provide improved traction on wet surfaces
• Shorts are an ideal choice, as they dry quickly and allow for greater freedom of movement, especially if the water level rises above your knees when getting on or off the boat
• During certain seasons, jellyfish may be present in the Andaman Sea, and contact can cause skin irritation or discomfort. To minimise the risk, it is recommended to wear protective clothing such as long swimwear when swimming
• Please note that Thailand's Department of National Parks, Wildlife and Plant Conservation closes Maya Bay every year for two months in August and September

• Bring a towel, waterproof bag, swimwear, sunscreen, sun hat, sunglasses, flip flops and a camera.
