Charge yourself with positive energy and put your balance to the test with SUP Yoga. This fun new sport combines yoga positions and paddle boards – get those abs working. Relax your body and mind while in contact with nature with this unique and innovative activity on a SUP board.
Leave your daily routine behind and unleash the real you. You'll be picked up and given an introductory talk before enjoying the activity. Our instructor is an accredited Yoga instructor and certified SUP instructor and lifeguard and will give you an introduction to Paddle Board Yoga. All classes last 60 minutes. Evening sessions are available in Puerto del Carmen only – we'll choose the best time, depending on the weather.
You can then bask in the natural surroundings and take a one-hour wander by the sea. You'll relax, recharge your energy and feel all the benefits of this up and coming activity.
