This two-and-a-half hour class and tasting session will take place in a kitchen where everyone gets their own station. Then roll up your sleeves and don your apron to join the chef in creating some typical dishes from Lanzarote.
The menu will change with the seasons, and can include things like potatoes with mojo sauce, fried cheese, marinated pork and almogrote (cheese mojo from La Gomera). All the ingredients you use will be organic and grown locally, then once you're finished preparing the food, you'll get to tuck into your culinary creations.
