This popular full-day 4x4 tour will take you into the northern part of Cyprus. You'll visit intriguing spots, including the ancient city of Salamis and the old town of Famagusta, as well as passing by the ‘ghost town' of Varosha.Your journey into the past starts with a photo stop at Deryneia before you'll pass through the UN buffer zone to the northern part of the island. Pass by Varosha, once a popular beach resort and now a 1970's time capsule. Then you'll have free time to explore Famagusta and see the main sights, including the Venetian castle and the Gothic cathedral turned mosque.Your journey continues to the ancient site of Salamis.
