Step into Ljubljana’s only gin and whisky distillery and discover a world of locally crafted spirits and signature cocktails. Broken Bones Distillery, the first to open in the city in over 60 years, was founded by two friends inspired by a shared passion and a long-standing family tradition in beer, wine and spirits. Since 2012, they have been dedicated to creating gins and whiskies that reflect their unique approach to flavour.
During the Broken Bones Experience, you’ll gain insight into every stage of production. The expert team will take you through the history of distilling in Ljubljana and guide you through their own process, from the initial concept and philosophy to development, selection and final production.
The experience includes a tasting session featuring their handcrafted gins, paired with two signature cocktails such as a gin and tonic, BB Fizz or another choice from their menu.
This 90-minute guided tour offers an engaging introduction to the art of distillation and a closer look at one of Ljubljana’s most distinctive local producers.
