For the departure service, your assistant and porter will greet you and help you with the check-in process. You will then go through the fast-track immigration and security counters. For the arrival service, you will be greeted by your assistant who will be carrying a name placard at your gate. Then you will be escorted with a buggy car to the Primeclass arrival lounge for light refreshments. Then, you will be assisted through visa procedures, if you need it, before going through fast-track immigration.
