Continue to Himawari Microbrewery, which is the first and only microbrewery launched by the 5-star Himawari Hotel in Phnom Penh. Made from the finest malt and hops, the beers crafted here are unique in flavor and of the highest quality. Watch the 15-minute introduction of how the beers are processed in the brewery facility. Then try a tasting menu, which consists of six of their different craft beers.
