Know in advance :

• If you have a heart condition, high blood pressure or a congenital disease, you should not participate
• If you have back, neck, lower back, joint, or muscular problems, you should carefully consider whether to participate
• All participants must sign a waiver before the tour for legal and insurance purposes
• For safety and comfort, tours are limited to a maximum of 32 guests, although the boat is licensed to carry up to 45 guests plus crew
• Infants aged 2 and 3 years old can participate for free. Children 11 and younger must be accompanied by a paying adult
• A minimum number of participants is required for the tour to operate. In the unlikely event this number is not reached, you will be offered an alternative or full refund
• The tour is subject to weather and sea conditions. The local operator is not responsible for any changes to the itinerary due to weather, tides, sea conditions, accidents or other unforeseen circumstances
• The itinerary and timing may be adjusted on the day of the tour to help avoid crowds and ensure the best possible experience
• Transfer times are not included in the tour duration. From and to Khao Lak hotels, the transfer time is about 120 minutes in each direction
• The local supplier will contact you after your booking to reconfirm it. Please ensure that you enter the correct contact details upon booking

• A copy of the photo page of each participant's passport is mandatory for insurance purposes
