- 8 minutes - departing from the Lagoon: From the heart-shaped lagoon, you’ll take off sits beneath while you fly from Sugar Loaf to catch the views from Vermelha Beach, the famous beaches of Copacabana, Arpoador Rock, Ipanema, and Leblon.
