- The event starts from 19:30 to 00:30 on Non-Peak Nights: 4, 6, 10, 13, 20, and 31 October, 2019
- The event starts from 19:30 to 01:30 on Peak Nights: 27, and 28 September, 2019; 5, 11, 12, 18, 19, 25, 26, and 27 October, 2019

- Dress code: Proper attire, including shoes and shirts, must be worn at all times while inside the event premises

- Exclusions: Other attractions in Universal Studios Singapore that is not under the Holloween Horror Nights™ 9.

Notes:
- Halloween Horror Nights™ 9 events will run for 16 selected nights from 27 September to 31 October 2019.
- Please be advised that bag checks and searches may be required before guests can enter Universal Studios Singapore.
- For same day re-admission, you must present your event admission ticket and hand stamp for re-entry. Hand stamp can be obtained at the exit turnstile prior to exiting.

For Guests with R.I.P. Experience:
- R.I.P. Experience is on a first-come-first-served basis. Arrive at least 15 minutes prior at the VIP Reception Lounge. Late arrivals may miss certain tour components.
- R.I.P. Experience is non-exclusive and each tour will accommodate a maximum of 12 guests.
- Guests shall obey all instructions given by the tour guide in respect of their participation in the R.I.P. Experience.
- To experience all included attractions, guests must meet the required height and safety requirements for each attraction.
- The 10% retail discount is not to be used in conjunction with other promotions or discounts.
- Included SGD 25 meal voucher can only be redeemed during the Halloween Horror Nights 9 Event at any of the following participating outlets: Goldilocks, Starbot Cafe™, Loui's NY Pizza Parlor™, KT's Grill™, Fossil Fuels™, Mel's Drive-in™, Gloria’s Snack Shack
