What to expect

Visit Bellomo Gallery, which houses a collection of Sicilian art (paintings, sculpture and decorative arts) from Syracuse and the region.

Get the opportunity to admire masterpieces of antiquity, from prehistory to the appearance of Christianity in the city of Syracuse. See renowned paintings by Antonello da Messina, Mario Minniti and Guglielmo Borremans. Enjoy a free regional audioguide (English and Italian only) which covers points of interest in Agrigento, Modica, Siracusa and Taormina.

In 1988 the Museum expanded, acquiring the park of Villa Landolina, where you can enjoy a pleasant walk at the end of your visit.

Please note that the official entrance ticket (without the audioguide) costs 8€ for adults and 4€ for EU citizens. The final price of 9.5€ (for Adult) and 5.5€ (for EU citizen) include several services, such as the virtual audioguide, and Customer Care Assistance. On the first Sunday of each month, on March 10 (Cultural Heritage Day), 2nd of June and November the 4th the entrance to the sites of eastern Sicily is free and tickets will be issued exclusively on site, at the ticket offices
