Experience the traditional Japanese art of Kintsugi in the heart of Shibuya.
Choose your preferred piece from several types of old Japanese pottery. Sand the surface of the black lacquer with waterproof paper to make it smooth. Prepare red lacquer (Bengara lacquer) as a base for the gold powder. Carefully apply the Bengara lacquer over the cracked areas without overlapping.
Finish the process by sprinkling gold powder over the Bengara lacquer. Place the pottery in the "Tsugutsugu Special Lacquer Drying Box" and take it home the same day.
