The local provider will send the navigation details for your selected meeting point and the tour guide’s contact information to this email around 6:00 PM on the eve of your departure. Kindly check your inbox promptly to ensure you do not miss this critical notification. To guarantee a smooth, hassle-free journey, it's recommended to save the guide’s contact details immediately upon receipt—this will facilitate seamless communication throughout your trip
• For children under 2 years old, if a seat is required, a ticket must be purchased at the same price as adults, and this must be noted
• Please confirm the meeting point and avoid last-minute changes. Be sure to arrive at the designated pickup location on time; lateness is not allowed. The itinerary cannot be transferred to other shifts or joined midway
• Departure-day meeting point cannot be changed. For changes, inform the local provider 2 days in advance
• Some attractions may get crowded, especially during peak seasons
• You’ll have a small group tour with an English-speaking driver-guide, but the commentary is limited (not given while driving), and the tour is shared with international guests (not English-only)
• Mount Fuji's visibility is highly weather-dependent (lower in summer). It's recommended to check the weather before booking
