The most delicious challenge of the year comes back from October 11 to 13, 2024. Secure your participation in the competition and prepare your best tiramisù, competing with other fans of the most famous dessert in the world – you could become the next champion.
Enjoy this culinary competition and make your way through the contest by winning rounds. Participants will be divided into two categories, the Original Recipe and the Creative Recipe. Each group will be assigned a dedicated jury. Each round will last approximately 2 hours, including preparation of the tiramisù (about 40 minutes), tastings by the judges and awards.
There will be three different stages: the selections, which will take place on October 11 and 12; the semifinal and the final, which will both take place on October 13. The winner is the competitor who scores the highest in the group.
You can choose between the following options available in the order box: Original Recipe (Option 1), which includes 6 basic ingredients that must be used – ladyfingers, mascarpone cheese, eggs (yolk is compulsory and, at your choice, the egg white), coffee, cocoa powder, and white sugar – or the Creative Recipe (Option 2), which has 4 compulsory ingredients – mascarpone cheese, eggs (yolk is compulsory and, at your choice, the egg white), coffee, cocoa powder – plus a maximum of 3 ingredients that can be added at the competitor’s discretion and expense.
