Starting from meeting your guide at your accommodation, you'll walk to the entrance of the dungeons and be given your flashlight to start the journey underground.
By the end of the tour, you'll gain expert knowledge of the former top-secret facility of Vladivostok built in the 1940s: NKVD and CPSU (Communist Party of the Soviet Union) dungeons, located right under the city centre. This is a complex system of underground shelters and bunkers for the higher ranks of Primorsky Regional Committee, executive committee, city committee of Vladivostok and Leninsky district executive committee.
