La première étape est l'une des attractions les plus populaires de Las Palmas. Avec ses fenêtres panoramiques incurvées et ses innombrables expositions, Poema del Mar est l'endroit où vous vous perdrez dans un monde sous-marin hypnotique abritant des centaines de créatures marines. Vous y trouverez des anguilles électriques, des requins taureaux et des poissons qui ressemblent à Nemo. "Les enfants sont toujours heureux à Poema del Mar", ajoute Miguel.

Ensuite, vous traverserez le coin le plus vert de l'île jusqu'au canyon de Guayadeque. Il est célèbre pour ses maisons troglodytes, que les anciens aborigènes ont construites dans des bulles de lave, et ses sentiers de randonnée sinueux. Vous entrerez dans une grotte creusée dans la falaise, convertie en restaurant, et dégusterez un déjeuner de tapas préparé à partir d'ingrédients locaux. Pour terminer, vous vous rendrez à Agüimes pour profiter de votre temps libre dans cette jolie paroisse aux couleurs pastel, perchée au-dessus du ravin vert de Guayadeque.
