Goat Yoga is a fun interactive way to let loose and giggle while going through a basic yoga flow class. It’s not a serious practice and is truly ideal for new or first-time yogis. After class, you will stroll around the property with a mimosa in hand. This is an experience like no other. Combining the benefits of yoga with the calming and loving connection with goats will leave you feeling light, happy, and wanting more.
You will spend approximately 40 minutes doing yoga and the rest of the time will be spent enjoying the animals and the property. You will have plenty of time to take pictures and enjoy time with animals. You will meet Daryl, the cow, Miss Piggie, and a farm full of friendly animals.
