Ever wondered where mayonnaise really comes from? Here's your answer, it's Menorca, and you're about to learn how to make it just like the locals do. With a pestle and mortar in hand and island olive oil at the ready, you'll master the authentic mahonesa technique that's centuries old. Once you've nailed the classic, you'll explore modern twists like flavoured versions, unexpected pairings, and yes, a sweet mayonnaise dessert. It's a deep dive into the island's culinary heritage that you'll get to taste as well.
