Hotel pick-up is available from all areas of Lombok. After making your reservation, please contact the local tour operator to make arrangements (contact details in the voucher you'll receive after booking). Your guide will meet you in the hotel lobby or at the entrance. If you'd prefer to meet at the tour's starting point, you'll receive detailed directions and a GPS location after confirmation. Please be ready 10–15 minutes before the scheduled pick-up time.
