You'll start with a gentle hike through El Saino Nature Reserve and a chance to cross the suspended bridges high up in the rainforest canopy. Then, get to grips with local life as you learn a little about Costa Rican culture and craftsmanship, before it's time to take a dip in the hot springs of Pacaya. Round your experience with a horseback ride and lunch at the park.
