Founded in 1957 and with its 8,000 square meters of exhibition space, the Cagliari market is one of the largest in Italy. The ground floor is entirely dedicated for selling fishes, while the upper floor is for fruits, vegetables, meat, cheese, and charcuterie departments.
During this tour, together with your guide, you will choose the fresh ingredients to prepare a tasty three-course lunch, including fresh pasta. Don't worry, cooking experience is not required, the typical Sardinian menu will be prepared together involving all participants.

- 3h cooking, and eating lunch. Apéritif of cheese and cold cuts accompanied by a glass of wine (walking distance from the market 350 m)
The menu will be selected according to seasonality, guest preferences and market availability. Lunch includes 3 courses (starter, first course and main course), water, carasau bread, local liqueur as a digestive.
