Après avoir été pris en charge à votre hôtel, vous vous enfoncerez dans la Calabre et gravirez les collines en direction de la ville médiévale de Gerace. Depuis le sommet, vous aurez une vue qui s'étend jusqu'à la mer Ionienne et jusqu'aux montagnes de l'Aspromonte au loin. Après avoir admiré la vue, vous monterez à bord d'un petit train jusqu'au centre de la ville pour une visite à pied.
