You'll be in for a sensory treat with a cheese-making demo. Watch as the experts put their skills to use creating a classic local Pecorino cheese. Alessia, one of our expert local guides, says, "Here at the agriturismo Caridà, the Pecorino del Poro cheese is the flagship product. It is made using traditional methods with local sheep's milk. Pecorino in Italian means little sheep."
Your authentic Calabrian experience takes place in a working farm, so be ready for rustic surroundings and truly genuine farm produce - it's a simple setup but gives you an insight into local specialities.
