Tout d'abord, vous vous rendrez au village de Muyuni, sur la côte sud de Zanzibar. Vous y ferez une visite guidée tout en apprenant à connaître les habitants et en observant la vie rurale au sein de la communauté. Vous visiterez ensuite la grotte de Ngonga, un site sacré ayant une importance historique et spirituelle qui vous fera mieux comprend les croyances locales. Il sera ensuite temps de vous rendre à la prochaine étape de la journée : le centre de culture d'algues de Paje. Cette entreprise socialement responsable permet aux femmes de la région de gagner leur vie en cultivant des algues et en les ramassant sur les plages voisines.

Avant de visiter les installations, vous aurez du temps libre pour le repas du midi. Vous visiterez ensuite l'usine où travaillent les cultivatrices d'algues.
