Juma ajoute : "les plantations d'épices sont de petites propriétés qui s'appuient sur la communauté. Ces petites exploitations utilisent encore des siècles de savoir-faire agricole hérités de nos ancêtres". Le repas du midi est préparé avec des épices cultivées à la plantation et vous en apprendrez plus sur la cuisine zanzibarienne et sur les propriétés médicinales des épices de l'île.
